Kousalya Rozario
Kousalya has a background in dietetics and clinical administration, and went on to complete specialised training in medical coding. She is a certified medical coder through AAPC, with deep expertise in insurance processes, claims management, and compliance. Her experience in clinic operations and office management gives her a well-rounded understanding of both patient care and administrative workflows.
Rose Watt
As a clinic owner and physiotherapist, Rose understands firsthand the challenges of balancing patient care with the demands of administration and billing. With over 13 years’ experience working with Cayman insurers, she brings a strong understanding of local processes and requirements. She co-founded Roya to give clinics a reliable, high-quality solution that reduces administrative burden and improves cash flow.
